If you can only record audio but not video using the microphone on some Android phones like OPPO, VIVO, or Oneplus, there are a few things you can try:

1) If your phone has OTG (On-The-Go) function, please manually turn it on. 2) For OPPO, VIVO, Oneplus, or some other Android phones, you may need to set up the default recorder manually: Settings > Sound & vibration > Other settings > Default recorder > Use peripheral device.

If your phone cannot pair with the wireless microphone, please try the following: 1) Unplug and reinsert the receiver, then try pairing again. 2) If you still cannot pair, please unlock your phone's screen and then unplug and reinsert the receiver.
