To determine if the product is damaged or the system is outdated when the microphone is not working, go to [Settings] - [About Phone] on your phone and check if the word 'DOCK' exists. If it exists, it indicates that the link was successful, and you should upgrade the system. If it does not exist, it indicates that the microphone is damaged.
